The hike to Qoricocha Lagoon is a walk along the Royal Inca Trail, one of the most representative trails that allows the transition from the Cusco Valley to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Qoricocha (4020 m / 13,189 ft) and the lagoons that preceded it are the regions of the Andes that have a grand diversity of birds, which makes it conducive to the sighting of these beautiful species in their natural habitat.
The Qoricocha Lagoon has located within the district of the San Sebastian community of Ccorao, province of Cusco, and its access is pedestrian (trekking) and begins in the archaeological group of Tambomachay, comprising a walk of 1 hour and a half to two hours approximately.
DEPARTURE
07:00 am – Pick up at home.
RETURN
04:30 pm – Arrival at Tambomachay.
(We will arrive in Cusco the same day at 05:00 pm aprox)

07:00 am. Pick up at home with direction to Zone X.
07:30 am. Arrival at the X Zone and guided visit of its Huacas and Chinkanas.
08:15 am. We return to the Inca Trail towards the Qoricocha Lagoon.
Noon. Arrival at the Qoricocha Lagoon. Break for lunch and appreciate the area.
02:00 pm. Start to descend in the direction of Tambomachay, returning by the ravine along the Inca royal road.
04:30 pm. Arrival at Tambomachay. Return to Cusco.
05:00 pm. Return to Cusco.
