Sacred Huacas Of Cusco: X-Zone-Balcon Del Diablo-Chakana

The X-Zone, the Devil’s Balcony and the Chakana constitute one of the most enigmatic routes in the Valley of Cusco. In the past, these sites were connected one to each other by an imaginary line (ceques) until the old citadel of Chinchero, and then to all Peru. During the walk we will be able to observe pre-Inca and Inca megalithic walls, cliffs and waterfalls, visits to sacred temples by the Saphi river and the reverse Chakana.

In the Cusco region there are 328 Huacas, which are considered sacred places made of stone where people make pilgrimages. Many times, without any figure, and other times they have different figures of men, women or animals.
